In Kenya, the Ministry of Health and its strategic partners mark this day by raising awareness, empowering people with diabetes, and advocating for universal health coverage for affordable and equitable access to diabetes management. We will have an out doors event with speeches form Ministry Officials, Persons living with Diabetes and Health care workers. Diabetes screening will take place. We will officially launch the World Diabetes Foundation Project in Integrating Diabetes and Hypertension in primary health care.
