The CDS launched a nationwide campaign on the World Diabetes Day to raise awareness of diabetes in public annually. In 2023, many iconic buildings and sites around China, especially in most of province capital cities, have been lighting in blue on Nov. 14th. The CDS organized a series of events, including voluntary consultation, free blood glucose test and free diabetes education to the public. All these events were widely covered by national and local media.
