P&G Health India in partnership with Indian Medical Association (IMA) (A national organization of physicians in India having 350,000 member doctors across 1,700 active local branches in 29 states in India is the largest association of medical doctors in India) is celebrating the 'World Diabetes Day' under the aegis of Nerve Care Forum, India.

As proud partners of IMA and International Diabetes Federation, P&G Health is excited to organize ‘World Diabetes Day Conclave’, a scientific hybrid program to bring spotlight on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy and drive awareness and education amongst health care professionals on its early diagnosis and holistic management.

The topic of the event will be, 'Decoding the Signs of Peripheral Neuropathy - Practice Pearls Colloquy' wherein top Neuropathy Experts and Key Opinion Leaders will convene to discuss complex Peripheral Neuropathy cases and demystify intricate Neuropathy Puzzles. The event will be held at 9 centers' in 9 cities simultaneously and will be attended by more than 1000 Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) physically and additional 5000 HCPs digitally.

Apart from the scientific program, P&G Health is taking an initiative to generate awareness about the Signs of Neuropathy by creating a real-time physical experiential zone where doctors can immerse themselves in the journey of Neuropathy patients and understand how patients feel the signs of tingling and numbness in their daily tasks in their lives.

More than 50% Indian adults suffer from B-Vitamin deficiency/ Neuropathy and P&G Health is committed to encourage doctors to test more patients for Neuropathy and drive timely treatment. Hence, P&G Health is organizing 300+ Nerve Health Diagnostic Camps with the aim to educate and drive awareness on importance of early diagnosis in Diabetes and Nerve Health. This is a Free camp providing Diabetes and Nerve Health testing for patients free of cost. Patients can get themselves tested by a certified Technician under the Doctor’s expert guidance, to manage their health better and live an improved quality of life. Leveraging World Diabetes Day’23, the camps are being organized Pan-India during Nov-Dec’23 to test more than 7500 patients for the symptoms of Neuropathy.
