As exercise is the pillar in Diabetes management, we organize every year this event. In this event the individual has to complete 10 km of running or do 50 km of cycling on any one day from 14th to 21st November 2023. Participants will have to record their activity though their mobile on any sports app. Upon completion the participants will health related freebies and free test of Total cholesterol. Week long time period is given so that any one can practice and accept the challenge. While doing so he/she will get used to exercise and indirectly that will help them to prevent or manage diabetes.
