Join Vanessa Rodriguez, MD, FACE, ECNU in walking the trail around Barwick Park to raise awareness on the importance of daily movement and exercise in Diabetes management.

Everyone in the community is invited... we will walk and talk about Diabetes, Daily Movement and how Type 2 Diabetes is preventable and reversible.
Come with comfortable clothes and walking shoes or sneakers. We will walk at an easy pace and take breaks to do breathing exercises and talk about tips about Diabetes. Don't forget to bring a water bottle too so you can stay hydrated!!

See you at 9AM in the Barwick Park parking lot, behind the Fire Station.
