50% of people with diabetes has diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) complication. This silent danger adversely affects them to be a serious infection and amputation consequently. The early screening with DN-4 questionnaire and monofilament have been endorsed in the guideline and associations to improve patient care.

The event is to provide the DPN screening by a nurse. Interested people can reserve the service via online channel (Facebook and SMS), subsequently, the nurse will go to their home to assess the risk of DPN by using the DN-4 questionnaire and monofilament. If those people would like to consult with a doctor, the nurse will operate telemedicine for them to receive treatment.
