Diabetes and Wedding: Currently, this is a Diwali festival in India (10th Nov to 23rd Nov' 2023). This will be followed by the wedding season for next 2-3months. Both the occasions are feasting time for everyone. Most People with Diabetes get tempted and carried away towards consuming high calorie sweets, food and sugar sweetened beverages, which causes increase in their blood glucose. PWD need to learn and practice Mindful Eating. The video depicts the real life situations faced by PWD in India during wedding season.
