We are delighted and humbled that our clinicians have chosen to devote their time, energy and passion towards this Network. The QDCN planning day provides an opportunity to define and share the direction the network will take in the next three years. We are asking participants to bring a curious and open mind and we will build diabetes network which serves our collective needs and improves patient care throughout our great Queensland communities.
