A 2 hour hello diabetes education program was conducted at the workplace. Dr Sunil Gupta spoke on the Basics of T2DM and discussed the importance of blood glucose control. He also gave a formula of ABCDEF of management of Diabetes.
A is for HbA1c to be kept < 7%
B is for Blood pressure, to be kept < 130/80mm of Hg
C is for LDL-Cholesterol to be kept <100mg% and 150min walk/Week
F is for Frequent monitoring (As per the guidelines )
G is for a Good education program (Regularly empower yourself with the evidence based knowledge)
