The activity included awareness flyer distribution to university students and staff followed by BMI assessment, blood sugar testing, blue circle give away, measurement of blood pressure and vital signs. Persons with high blood sugar or known diabetics were offered drug counselling session. A scientific seminar was held addressing diabetes risk assessment, relation to microbiota & nutrition, highlights on complications and their rehabilitation, and clinical pharmacist role in diabetes.
