We are offering a day about all round health for people who live with diabetes! We'll have expert speakers (including experts by experience as well as academics and clinicians) looking at how we can move more easily, how we can care for our bodies through good food and exercise, how impoortant it is to sleep well, and how to get a good night's sleep, and much more!
We'll also have good tasty food and drinks!

It'll be a great chance to learn more about looking after ourselves and having good healthy lives, even if we've got or are at risk of, diabetes! Also a great opportunity to learn from others and to spend a day with people who 'get it'!
