Through Diab_Reach, we carryout awareness and sensitization of the complications and side effects of Type 2 diabetes, stating the need for early diagnosis as to delay or prevent the occcurance of Type 2 diabetes.
The program also pose to identify the 50% of the population who are unaware that they are diabetic.
