City Health Group Limited is a community health services company started by a passionate student in 2021 who's now a graduate medical doctor with a Bachelor's degree of medicine and Bachelor's degree of Surgery from Mbarara University of Science and Technology.

We work with volunteer nurses to walk door to door at workplaces offering free random blood sugar, fasting blood sugar and Oral Glucose Tolerance Tests to individuals, groups and associations after which we discuss pertinent issues related to Diabetes.

We thereafter link already diagnosed patients of diabetes mellitus to specialized medical care and regular visits by our staff to delay and treat any complications of Diabetes Mellitus.

To date, we have made over 50 new diagnoses of diabetes, and have at least 200 people with diabetes directly under our routine care and checkup.
