Appalachian Regional Healthcare hosted the fourth annual World Diabetes Day event in Paintsville, Kentucky. Attendees received information and free screenings during the health fair, then enjoyed a diabetes friendly lunch, listened to health experts talk about nutrition and kidney health, and rounded out the day with a session of gentle chair yoga.
