Karshi Community is one of the satellite towns in Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.

2023 Global Diabetes Walk took place there and had youths as major participants. The walk spanned a distance of 15 kilometres and witnessed sharring of IEC materials like factsheets, flyers, posters and more on type two diabetes to some of the community dwellers. Awarenes was created by giving pep talk to different households, artisans individuals.

After the walk, the participants reinstated their commitment to living healthy lifestyle and influence others to do the same.
