The Endocrine and Metabolism Society of Nigeria (EMSON) is the largest professional group consisting of endocrinologists (Adults and paediatric), scientists, pharmacists, dietitians and diabetes educators. EMSON have her members present in virtually all the states in Nigeria and each centre will be celebrating World Diabetes Day with various activities such as screening the population for diabetes and its complications at workplaces and in the communities, engaging the media to promote good well-being and giving lectures both physically and virtually.
