A Rock Show is planned in Kochi with one of the top bands here in Kochi - Exodus. The show, Dr. Biju Raju in concert, will be held at an exclusive venue for music. The concert kickstarts our planned year-long campaign against diabetes. This is in line with the theme for this year: Diabetes and wellbeing. Music has always held a special place in our lives, forming an integral part of human culture for centuries. Whether we passively listen to our favorite songs or actively engage in music-making by singing or playing instruments, music can have a profound influence on our socio-emotional development and overall well-being. There is clear evidence that music increases mood and wellbeing by lowering anxiety, and it helps us cope during stressful times.
