With focus on this year theme we will have two free outdoor event one being a health expo and a walkathon. These two events will encourage people to move and enjoy the fresh air. The aim is to encourage physical activity and promote healthy lifestyle.
The walkathon will be walking from one beach to the next along the seashore,
The Health Expo will be at a public park.
