The Hands On Nutrition Workshop, Back to Basics, will be held in the morning for 12 participants.
At lunch time a BBQ lunch will be organised for the local community members. Health promotion activities will be organised, to raise awareness regarding Type 2 diabetes , GDM and Type 1 diabetes.
