In relation to "Diabetes Month - November" on 14th of November the fortress "Tsarevets" - a landmark of national importance will be illuminated in blue color at 18:00. In addition, in front of the Town hall Veliko Tarnovo at 12:30 will be organized a Flashmob - blue circle of people holding hands to raise public awareness of the disease Diabetes, as well as blue balloons will be released after the flash mob.
