Day 0 (November 11): Press release at the Ministry of Health with key partners on WDD 2024.
Day 1 (November 12): Review Meeting on the status of diabetes care at various health tiers across Ethiopia, identifying challenges and gaps, and highlighting regional efforts in addressing diabetes care.
Day 2 (November 13): Research Symposium where local and regional research on diabetes and NCDs will be showcased through presentations and posters. This day will also feature a pharmaceutical exhibition.
Day 3 (November 14): Advocacy and Awareness activities, including screening followed by a commemorative event for World Diabetes Day with key speeches and discussions from MOH Leadership and patient ambassadors.
