Three days for the campaign, all caregivers of the department of internal medicine will be mobilized for awareness of the population of the town in three stands. In the first stand, we will calculate individual risk of diabetes for people using the T2D risk test, available online at: https://worlddiabetesday.org/. In the second stand, we will screen for diabetes and in the last stand, healthcare professionnals with have a talk with people about the importance of physical activity and well-eating for well-being in life weither having or not diabetes. In the third day, we will organize a formation for primary cargivers to discuss the challenges of diabetes care and how we could help patients to reach well being.
