The forum brought together individuals living with these conditions, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to discuss the challenges, prevention strategies, and management options. The activity was also an interactive session involving Q&A sessions, and asked personal stories from these individuals empowering participants with knowledge and practical tools to improve their health and well-being.
