**Conducting Diabetes Prevention Training Courses**
As in previous years, during National Diabetes Week, Gabric organized training and informational courses on the prevention of type 2 diabetes. One of these activities included holding a diabetes prevention course at the Fadak Neighborhood Center, at the request of the Navid Salamat Clinic and Shahid Beheshti School.
During these educational sessions, various topics were covered, including an introduction to diabetes and its types, risk factors, and the early signs of type 2 diabetes. The prevention methods discussed included healthy eating, regular physical activity, weight management, stress management, and adequate sleep.
In addition to providing educational content, the risk of developing type 2 diabetes was assessed for attendees.
