Objectives:

1) Understand the PCDT and the stroke care pathway in Brazil, as well as the barriers and strategies for its complete implementation and execution.
2) Identify successful models, with the implementation of the stroke care pathway across different levels of care, and plan together and intersectorally for the national expansion of these models, especially in underserved populations.
3) Promote collaboration between different levels of care and action fronts to ensure a complete and quality flow for people with stroke.
