Diabetes Awareness Day on November 14, 2022, at Faruk Medical City

Because the percentage of people with diabetes is increasing every year, Farouk Medical City is hosting an event for the seventh consecutive year for diabetes. After World Diabetes Day, on November 14, we invite diabetics and their relatives to attend a dedicated educational session to advance understanding of the disease, its causes and complications.

This event will be held in Farouk Medical City on November 14, from eleven in the morning until one in the afternoon, and the panel of speakers will include:

Dr.. Delman Al-Attar (endocrinologist and diabetologist) explains diabetes and healthy living
Dr. Yar Mustafa (ophthalmologist) explains diabetes and retinopathy
Dr. Harem Fares (cardiologist and catheter specialist) explained heart diseases in people with diabetes
Dr. Bassem Sami (a nephrologist) explained kidney diseases to people with diabetes

The event is free and everyone is welcome to attend. Attendees will have the opportunity to have an open discussion with the team and ask their own questions.
