A gentle walk around Arrow Valley Lake, led by Tracy Morris who is an exercise instructor qualified to work with Diabetic patients (and many others). Healthy snacks, refreshments.
Worcestershire Health Bus will be on hand to do health checks with customers.
We will also be doing the TEST TO PREVENT quiz with users.
