In line with the theme, Education for a better tomorrow, Community Nutrition Forum - A online community of Dietitians, in Kerala, India, initiated a public awareness session DIAB@EASE - INFOTAINMENT at an Open Park. We had Dr Jayashree, Honourable standing committee chairperson of Health, Kozhikode corporation to inaugurate our session. The session had a skit on insulin education by Dietitians from Kasargode and Kannur, Songs on Diabetes awareness in the local language by Dietitians of Kozhikode, a Zumba Dance involving the general public, Simple exercises by Dietitians from Malappuram. The maximum number of Dietitians across Kerala participated. The highlight of the programme was the Gallery walk, where the displays on the impact of food and lifestyle were displayed. frequent simple education was done through LED display walls. A healthy one-day meal plate was also displayed.

The fun-filled 3hrs also included a quiz for the public and most people actively participated and answered the questions.
